Search Engine Optimization

Your team has designed an amazing product or provides a one-of-a-kind service in its niche. You know that. We know that. But how will your target audience know that?

We want to help your business increase its visibility to those who are interested in what you have to offer.

Perhaps you’ve never paid close attention to SEO in the past (or maybe you’ve worked with other agencies, and had your fingers burned by outdated tactics which have penalized your site). Regardless of the age, size or location of your business, we want to help it grow.

We take the time to learn about what makes your business unique – and then we produce and implement a data-led, sustainable SEO strategy to help you thrive in the long run.

Our SEO strategies are individually tailored to your business – always with the aim of helping you achieve your goals.

In dealing with True Boost, you spelled it out right up front - it’s a marathon, it’s not a sprint. You created a plan - stuck to the plan - and here it is ten months later and we’re seeing the results of it.

Gain an advantage on your competition

The primary goal of a successful SEO strategy is to indicate to search engines that your website is trustworthy, authoritative and provides useful information to visitors.

As your site moves to the top of search engine rankings for relevant search queries, the visibility of your product and service increases. This ensures that when your target audience types in a search term, your website is one of the first links they’ll see.

importance of seo google

Does your business need to consider SEO?

SEO – that is to say, good SEO – has numerous benefits for any organization.

If you implement a robust, data-driven SEO strategy which aligns with your overall business goals, your business has a solid foundation from which to do any – or all – of the following things:

The vast majority of businesses – of any size, and in any sector – would place some importance on each of those items as a business objective. The beauty of SEO is that it enables you to do all of them.

Consider this – if you’re relying solely on pay-per-click (PPC) ads to drive people to your website, then you’re going to have to keep digging into your pocket day-after-day, week-after-week and month-after-month.

Conversely, successful SEO strategies enable your website and its audience to grow organically. Through a potent mix of stunning content, optimized copy and structural fine-tuning, your business unlocks the potential to increase its online presence – gaining trust and authority along the way.

There are several elements which define successful SEO strategies. These can be defined as ‘on-page’ and ‘off-page’ factors.

On-Page Factors

On-page items are internal factors which are entirely in your control. These include:

  • Content (Is your content well-written? Does it contain keyword terms and phrases your audience is searching for? Is the content relevant and up-to-date?)

  • Architecture (Can search engines crawl your website easily? Does it load quickly? Is the site responsive on mobile devices and tablets?)

  • HTML (Are your page titles relevant? Are your meta descriptions appealing? Are heading tags – H1, H2, H3, etc. – used correctly?)

Off-Page Factors

Off-page items are external factors influenced by readers or visitors. These include:

  • Trust (Do readers engage with your content? Does your website provide informative content? Does your audience regard you as a trustworthy source?)

  • Links (Are quality, trustworthy sites linking to your content? How many links are pointing at your website, and from which domains?)

  • Personal & Social (Is your content tailored to your target audience? Is it posted and shared on social channels?)

Our SEO Process

SEO is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Although there are fundamental principles underpinning SEO, no two businesses – or websites – are exactly the same.

We’ll work with you to build a strategy that is sustainable to help your business grow in the long-term. Using our expertise, we’ll show you how your website is currently performing – and how our data-driven strategy will improve it.

Our data-driven approach helps our clients to achieve results which meet their wider business goals.

Step 1: Understanding

Before we even lay a finger on your website, we’ll spend some time discussing your business and its objectives. What are your goals? What products or services are important? What is the focus of your business? What matters to you?

By answering these questions, we can ensure our research focus is in the right areas to match your business goals.

Step 2: Research & Strategy

We’ll look at everything affecting your online performance – from your own website, to analyzing your competitors, and assessing the search trends impacting your industry as a whole. We’ll rely on trustworthy data to inform and support our findings.

You don’t reach your destination without a map (or a GPS). A comprehensive strategy document will guide every turn en route, neatly tying together our in-depth technical research with the needs of your business.

Step 3: Implementation

This is where the strategy work bears fruit. We’ll work through the recommendations in our strategy document to transform your website into a well-oiled machine to help you fulfill your business objectives.

We’ll cover everything – from optimizing your existing website copy to implementing technical fixes to improve its structure – and put your website in the best position to benefit your business..

Step 4: Measure

You’ll get regular insights into the effects our work is having on your website. We will always be honest and transparent with the results our work is producing and guide you through the reasons behind them.

In addition to regular catchups, you’re safe in the knowledge that you can call or email us if you have any questions about anything to do with your online presence. We love to help!

Step 5: Refine & Repeat

SEO is like watering a houseplant. You can’t just throw water on it once in a while and expect it to be healthy. Feeding your website little and often is the most sustainable way to help it grow.

Over time, the focus of your business may change. Adjustments to search engine algorithms might mean we need to adapt our strategy. We’ll use our expertise to make sure your business is always one step ahead.

Still wondering if SEO is important?

Ranking in the top three positions is vital.

According to data from Advanced Web Ranking, the top three positions on Google deliver over 50% of organic clicks on desktop.

Local search is booming.

Google’s own study shows that searches for ‘near me now’ increased by 900% over a two-year period; prior to 2013, ‘near me’ searches were virtually non-existent.

Over 90% of web pages receive no visitors from Google.

An Ahrefs research article, studying almost one billion web pages, found that 90.88% of pages in their study received zero visitors from Google.

Organic results are clicked far more often than paid ads.

Data compiled by Rand Fishkin’s Sparktoro show paid results deliver between two and four percent of clicks from Google, whilst organic results on desktop deliver around 65% (the remaining 30% are ‘no-click searches’ – where a searcher doesn’t click on a result at all).
